About the Owner:

Meet Andy Tay, the driving force behind Rapid Response Pest Control. With a strong foundation built on his military service and his service in the PA National Guard, Andy brings a unique sense of discipline and dedication to the pest control industry.

Starting his career as a pest control technician, Andy quickly showcased his talent and determination, rising to the position of Senior Technician, where he not only excelled in his role but also took on the responsibility of training new service personnel. His expertise and keen eye for detail led to a promotion to Field Inspector, where he further honed his skills in quality assurance and customer service.

After a change in ownership at his first company, Andy transitioned to another leading pest control provider. There, he began as a Field Inspector and, through hard work and leadership, climbed the ranks to become Vice President of the franchise. Under his guidance, the team grew to over 100 dedicated employees, achieving an impressive revenue of over $19 million in their last full year. While the franchise garnered numerous awards, Andy takes the most pride in creating solid employment opportunities that offer fair compensation for hard work. He firmly believes in placing customers’ needs first, ensuring high-quality service at every turn.

Andy is committed to continuous learning and professional development. He has completed specialized courses in Pest Control Practices at AIB, studied at Purdue University, and gained expertise in Wildlife Control across Pennsylvania, Maryland, and West Virginia. Additionally, he has shared his knowledge by teaching various pest control courses.
